I've used a few different Resveratrol products: this particular one is fine. There was no flavour though which is different to other Resveratrol supplements I've taken.I would purchase these again, but there are something you need to take regularly.

Husband has taken resveratrol supplements for a couple of years now and loves the many health benefits so needs no convincing on that front. These are surprisingly good value considering the strength is simialr to his regular ones but he pays a fair bit more for them as this isn't usually a cheap supplement so these are great value and would definitely recommend as no issues so far after hes been taking them for four weeks and he trusts the benefits so very happy.

Here are 60 capsules but only 30 servings. That weasel word "serving" again, which I find so often in advertisements for supplements. I intend halving the suggested serving size , so stretching my supply out for a full 60 days.I do like that this Resveratrol is certified and made in the UK. At least I can feel confident that the capsule shells don't just contain chalk dust or worse! All the same, I don't think anyone really knows if the high claims made for Resveratrol are true. Do these c…apsules really "provide excellent anti-aging properties and support your cardiovascular system and cells." (as claimed by the seller) ? If that could be proved, £19.99 for one month's supply would be cheap at the price.I always prefer capsules (like these) to tablets, by far. So much nicer to swallow and I imagine their contents will be absorbed more quickly and completely. Also, they tend to contain fewer nasties and useless bulking agents. I have given 5 stars for flavour because there is none, which is as it should be.Could we, as we are often told, get all our anti-oxidants naturally if only we ate a really good diet? Not me, as health problems oblige me to eat very low carb, strictly limiting my intake of fruit and even of vegetables.
