I took 2 tablets as recommended last night, this morning I felt like my insides fell out of me. It caused camps, feeling sick, it definitely emptied my bowels. Don't think I'll be taking every night for 15 nights!
I’ve suffered with gut/colon issues for many years, tried all the meds my GPs prescribed and nothing helped. I took my first capsule last night and it worked. Just after two hours, I was running to the bathroom. It does cause cramps, a little painful but so does most laxatives. I suggest you only do this at weekends if you are working as you’ll need to be next to your bathroom. Very effective

I previously used Honor Stone Colon Detox until it became "Unavailable" then found this Vinco colon cleanse and it has exactly the same ingredients. I only take one at night and it works next day, so pleased with this and it contains probiotics along with Aloe Vera all good for gut health. This one is also a better price.
