The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. I appreciate the fact it is suitable for vegans with a vegetarian capsule. You are getting 60 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of 2 then they will last you around a month. Pretty good value for money. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your training supplements.
These are large capsules, I take them without difficulty, but perhaps those that generally have problems with larger pills may not be comfortable with these.
