I have now been using the Vinco Organic Irish Sea Moss with Bladderwrack and Burdock Root for a few weeks, well at least two, and I'm intrigued as to how it might help over the medium to long term. I’ve got to admit I only just recently read about the benefits of Sea Moss and I didn’t really won’t the extra this comes with, as a novice that might be my mistake. They're white, not transparent capsules, I prefer the transparent type capsules to these.I've heard a lot about the benefits of sea moss and prefer to consume it via capsules.They're supposed to take at least a few months to really start to feel the benefits.
