NAD+ Trans-Resveratrol

This product has changed my life, the first time I have ever written a review on anything. I suffer with PMDD or did for years, but since being on these magic pills it’s completely vanished. I initially got them for the anti aging benefits/fitness related benefits. I never thought they would also completely change my mood, as nothing has helped me with that before and things got quite dark. I will now be on these until I’m old, I generally feel like everyone would benefit from taking NAD and ne…eds to know how amazing these pills are. It will take a few months to see a difference and everyone’s bodies react differently. But I’m feeling the best I have in years. 👌🏻

Quality of packaging is good. Arrived sealed.No bad taste, easy to swallow.Personally I haven't noticed any changes, not any side effects.I will persevere as I see others are getting benefits.

I wouldn't worry about the black pepper as much of a selling point but it's intention is to increase or improve the absorption of the supplements. It's often used as an additive for that purpose rather than any direct effect it has on it's own. It's also cheap and so shouldn't make a huge impact on your purchasing decision, not that there's a downside that I'm aware of except for a very rare allergy to it.The supplements that are going to be the most relevant to price and function are really th…e 600 mg of resveratrol and 500 mg NAD+ per serving. Their suggested serving is two capsules so this is a one month supply of supplements if you choose to consume them at that rate.I didn't find any quality issues, and there was no smell or taste to worry about while swallowing them. The capsules are the fairly standard, fairly large size for supplements that contain powder and I do have problems swallowing large tablets if I'm not careful. I think most people will be able to manage these.As long as you're happy with the price and the quantity of the key elements of resveratrol and NAD+, I don't see any reason you'd reject this product.

After studying a range of products I’ve chosen this one. I feel best if I take it in the morning. I also take niacin B3

Capsules have a strange pondwater kind of taste to them. Not had this issue with other brands I've tried (4 so far, the others keep being out of stock).

At two capsules per day you get 600mg of resveratrol and 500mg of NAD+ for just £0.58/day.That's a really good price considering my go-to brand costs almost 50% more than this for the same dosage of the two combined.It is worth noting that this is NAD+, and not NMN or NR, and so the efficacy is likely to be a little lower than those, however, for the cost for this dosage it is well worth the money.I am however unsure of how much benefit the black pepper extract is likely to have - I don't see t…his paired with either supplement very much, and so I'm unsure if there's any improvement to their bioavailability.As with all similar supplements, this is not something you are likely to feel working until you have passed a milestone for decreased NAD+ levels in your body, which is likely to be some time after the age of 50 or 60, when your NAD+ levels are going to be less than half of what they are in your 20s-30s.At that age you may notice an increase in energy, but prior to that, most people shouldn't feel any difference.However, I take this as a preventative measure, and trust the science that says there is benefit to taking it.
