I have been trying these as in the past O have had gallstones and frequent water infections. As for stones I thought these might help to keep them from re occuring the same for my waterworks. I obviously can't tell if they are making a difference to stones as I don't know if I have any but my waterworks do seem a little better, no pain or soreness.

I can’t say I’ve noticed any difference so far, but beware that they do thin the blood slightly, which is an issue if you’re on warfarin or anything similar.
I take Chanca Piedra off and on over the years if I have a urinary infection and these are a good dose. You need to take 3 a day to get that dose though, so they will last around 40 days if taking daily.The bottle is well sealed and has a good 2026 expiry date. Capsules are normal sized and easy to swallow, unless you have an issue swallowing tablets/capsules. In that case just empty the capsules into a bit of yogurt.
