Pure Himalayan Shilajit

I have used Shilajit before, but always used the resin type, whereas this is capsules, which actually makes quite a difference. My main need is to boost energy, which shilajit does have a track record for so I was interested to see what a difference having it in capsule form makes.POSITIVES:- No problem taking the capsules- Easier than using the resin- No after taste, as there is with resin- All the goodness of shilajit resin but in a more convenient form- Lots of good ingredients such as magne…sium, iron, fulvic acid, etc.- Enough to last two month- Not expensiveNEGATIVES:- Capsules are quite big, which some people might not like, but I didn't find it a problem.SUMMARY:In summary these Shilajit capsules are definitely an easier way to get the benefits of shilajit without having to mess around with scooping up the resin. It is early days for me on the capsules, as opposed to the resin, so I can't say for sure whether it has made much difference, but I have high hopes.

They seem to give me a noticeable boost in energy. I also appreciate how convenient the capsules are—no mess or fuss like with traditional shilajit resin. It's great to have an easy, effective way to support my energy levels.Could be cheaper 4/5

A much easier way to incorporate shilajit really easy to take and no bad taste. I'm happy so far not noticed a massive difference in my energy but I do feel better within myself will keep taking and see

These Himalayan Shilajit capsules seem pretty good. With 20,000mg, they ought to be strong enough. I like that they’re organic and packed with fulvic acid and trace minerals. The 120 capsules give me a solid supply, so I’m set for months. They’re easy to take and way more convenient than dealing with shilajit resin. Highly recommend giving them a try.

I’m a big fan of shilajit resin and an even bigger fan of the health benefits I’ve had whilst taking it daily. If you don’t like resin then capsules are the way forward. They are easy enough to take although these are quite large capsules. There is no bad aftertaste or digestion issues to note. They seem to be good quality and give a similar boost that the resin gives me. Same sort of price range as the resin and really a household staple for health. I recommend.

I have been taking Shilajit resin for a while so I thought I would try it in tablet form, they are easier to take and I would say these are better for a lot of people as sometimes trying to get the lid of the resin jar is a nightmare. Using the spatulas or even the end of a spoon, sometimes the resin goes onto the side of the jar on the threads and it is like glue so the lid sticks. These tablets are great, just open and take with water. I haven't really noticed any benefits yet for energy, but… I do think I am a little more relaxed and I seem to be able to remember things better.

These tablets are much easier to take than the shilajit paste. However, I wonder if an extract would have the same benefit? I am not sure. The product says it's made in the UK, but on the advertisement it says something weird like, 'energises our body from microscopic functions'. This sounds more like a Chinese translation and not a valid scientific sentence. I am not convinced about this product.
